Shipping Policies:
The delivey time depends on the shipping method that you choose at Check Out. Olia jewelry ships via international Mail Service. Any oversea delivers may be subject to customs delay, we are not able to deliver to the P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address you provided is a valid address and we are not responsible for orders that are sent to invalid address. If you are buying a gift, we will be pleased to have it wrapped free of charge and sent directly to the recipient's home address.
Shipping Rates: Listed below are shipping details for OLIA Jewelry, including the geographies shipped to, the service level offered, and the prices charged. Note that Media Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple media items results in multiple shipping charges.
Delivery method & time frame: We ship out most retail orders within 48 hours of receipt from online store.
Retail package: ship by E-Packet/USPS(First-Class Mail International), about 7-15 business days to receive the package
Bulk orders: Ship at customer's shipping cost by TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL Express which depends on customers' specific requirement, about 3-5 business days to receive the shipments
